Privacy Policy

• Account and authentication details such as email address, OAuth identity, subscriber entitlement status, and session state.
• Sleeper fantasy football data that you authorize or request us to analyze, including leagues, rosters, players, draft picks, settings, transactions, matchups, and related league context.
• User-created artifacts such as saved draft ranking boards, feedback comments, and recommendation snapshots submitted for review.
• Operational data such as request timestamps, endpoint names, error categories, and security diagnostics needed to operate and protect the service.

• To provide league-format-aware strategy analysis, roster context, trade values, draft rankings, and ChatGPT-connected GoatMaker tools.
• To verify subscriber access and protect paid analysis features.
• To store user-created draft ranking boards and feedback that users ask GoatMaker to remember.
• To diagnose errors, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and support customer requests.

• Saved draft ranking boards are retained as user-owned artifacts until the user deletes them or asks us to remove them.
• Analysis cache entries may be retained temporarily to reduce latency and cost when league inputs have not changed.
• Feedback snapshots may be retained for product quality review and recommendation-model QA.
• Operational logs are retained according to our infrastructure settings and are used for security, debugging, and reliability.

GoatMaker does not sell personal information. We use infrastructure and authentication providers, including AWS and Auth0, to operate the service. When users connect GoatMaker through ChatGPT, GoatMaker receives OAuth-authenticated requests and returns the analysis needed to answer the user's request.

• You can delete saved draft ranking boards through GoatMaker-supported tools.
• You can stop using the ChatGPT connector or disconnect GoatMaker from ChatGPT.
• You can contact us to request help with account, feedback, deletion, or data-access questions.
